Oftentimes, our lived experiences as POC (People of Color) can include stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma. I focus on helping you get in touch with what's no longer serving you or keeping you stuck, and collaborate in figuring out how to live a life that feels fulfilling, hopeful and aligns with your values. Culturally-sensitive therapy can be a wonderful way to help you feel seen, foster your personal growth & development, and gain helpful tools to improve your quality of life.
