I am Skilled at using Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and other therapeutic modalities to assist clients with meeting their therapeutic needs. I am Smart Recovery Certified and skilled at working with individuals who are battling addiction, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am hard working, motivated, team oriented, and dedicated to the field of mental health. I strongly believe in giving clients tool that they can use to gain and/or maintain safety, sobriety, and stability.
