Therapy can be your safe place. Hello! My name is Fashen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I have been practicing in the mental health field for 8 years. My focus is working with individuals who struggle with self-esteem issues, childhood emotional wounds, depression, and/or desires to understand their life's purpose. Also, I work with adults who were raised or "grew up" in dysfunctional homes/households and are now finding themselves living out the results of that "dysfunction". One may find themselves struggling with codependence, people pleasing tendencies, interpersonal conflict, etc. I will take a collaborative approach to help you identify the habits, thoughts, and/or feelings that are hindering you from achieving your authentic self and together will brainstorm healthier ways of coping. Outside of therapy, I enjoy watching true crime, reading a book with a compelling storyline, listening to instrumentals, crafting or spending quality time with my family.
