My name is Erin and I am so glad you have decided to take care of you! Life can bring a variety of challenges and sometimes it is helpful to have extra support as you work to find healing, resolution and new ways to cope. I work with individuals struggling with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem and trauma. I used a strengths based, person centered approach to ensure we are not just looking at the problem that needs to be fixed but also help you understand your strengths that can help you meet your goals. I also use mindfulness based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy informed techniques to help you move forward Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or managing a more complex stressor, I am here to help. Starting therapy can be scary, but you are making the right choice. In our sessions together, we will work as a team to develop goals and I will provide you with compassionate and evidenced based techniques to assist you in finding healing.
