Erika Turner
Erika L. Turner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Georgia and Florida. Ms. Turner has worked in the social work and mental health field for over 15 years. She received a Bachelor of English degree from Spelman College in 1996, a Master of Non-Profit Administration degree from Georgia State University in 2001, and a Master of Social Work degree from Howard University in 2007. In 2010, Ms. Turner received her clinical social work license and she has worked in a variety of mental health settings including foster care, adoptions, residential treatment, community mental health, medical, military, and private practice. She has experience providing individual, couple, family, and group counseling with clients of all ages. In 2022, Ms. Turner received the designation as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is particularly passionate about using evidenced-based therapeutic interventions to address traumatic stress symptoms caused by abuse and/or neglect in children and adults. Her passion and life purpose is to help hurting people navigate through their healing journey so that they may achieve emotional healing, self-discovery, and empowered living.
