Diane Cammarata
Hello, I'm Diane Cammarata, an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been providing Medication Management to help individuals manage and conquer psychiatric symptoms for over 23 years. I have a passion for what I do, which brings compassion in what I do! I was practicing in the DFW, TX area for 15 years before relocating back to the Boston area in December of 2018. I received a Bachelor’s in Nursing at UMASS Boston in 1993 and a Master’s Degree at UMASS Lowell in 2002. Most recently I worked in a Community Behavioral Health clinic from Feb. 2019 to August 2023. My background includes medication management of patients not only with psychiatric disorders, but also those with chronic pain issues, migraine and traumatic brain injury. I no longer provide pain management. Also, I do not treat Substance Use Disorder and expect that you will have a Specialist on board in that area. I have been a Speaker for pharmaceutical companies and offer Psychiatric Consultant Services for Attorneys, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facitilites, and Families needing assistance in understanding the care and treatment of their loved ones with mental health issues and sorting out their needs. I enjoy spending time out in the Nature, with family and friends, cooking and eating great food, and being by the ocean.
