Diana Clarke
Consultant, Psychologist and Executive Coach with 35 years experience working with a diverse group of individuals on career, personal, professional, life and business issues. Clients span from Young adults, those in the workforce, to older adults. Each is an individual with a unique set of issues which we explore together to achieve the desired goals. Dr. Clarke is trained as a cognitive-behavioral psychologist. She has also worked in the rehabilitation setting with those experiencing life challenges. Common issues are anxiety, depression. loss and grief, career transitions, and major psychological challenges due to long term illness. Dr. Clarke has been a trusted advisor and coach for to adults throughout their careers and life. She is the founder of Silverwood Associates a consulting firm and has worked within companies much of her career to support the internal talent, coaching, counseling and guiding careers. She has also worked in long term care as the psychologist assisting those transitioning to their new situations and their families. As a supervisor of assessment services at Vocational Guidance Services she lead a team of counselors working with those with disabilities impacting their ability to work. She has been a consultant for Ohio social security and has participated in claims hearings and appeals. During her work with companies over the years, she has designed succession planning systems, developed programs for feedback, coaching and development. She constantly implements programs for companies to match the right people to the roles and has been a trusted advisor to leadership teams in small and very large organizations. She brings a wealth of real world experience to the counseling setting. Everyone has issues throughout our lives, it is how we handle them that makes us successful in our endeavors.
