I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified. I see patients across the lifespan, from kids ages 4 through adulthood. I strive to provide individualized professional knowledge to help manage children, adolescents and adults with various mental health disorders while using evidence-based practices. My goal is to help you understand, manage, and overcome the mental health stressors that are negatively impacting your daily life. I love to hear my patients tell me they have overcome their struggles with anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, and anger, just to name a few from working with me. I approach each individual with warmth, empathy, and focus that is entirely based on your unique needs. Through our visits together we will address concerns with your mental health and come up with a treatment plan that best fits your individual needs whether that be medication management, therapy referrals, or additional referral options, I am here to help you.
