I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself and get the support you need to manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions. In our first session, we’ll set the foundation by reviewing privacy policies, aligning expectations, and creating a treatment plan tailored just for you. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and Christian counseling (upon request) to help you build resilience and discover new ways to thrive. Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re unsure of your place or how to manage your emotions. But you don’t have to figure things out alone. I believe there is hope and healing, and we’ll work together to help you rise above the burdens you carry.
