I would be honored to partner with you on your journey through life’s challenges. My name is Crystal Ulibarri and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, with emphasis on border culture and military culture, from the University of Texas El Paso in 2013. I have worked in various settings providing treatment, psycho-education and support to individuals, families and groups. My experience includes understanding and developing skills to manage stressors as a result of trauma, relationship issues, occupational stressors, grief, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. I believe that we can all benefit from a journey of self-awareness and discovery. I believe that through life’s challenges, we grow and become empowered by understanding ourselves. I have a passion for social justice issues and an understanding that social trauma impacts the mental health and well-being of our communities. My counseling style is client-centered, supportive and empathetic. I am goal-oriented, straightforward forward and at times, will respectfully challenge you outside of your comfort zone.
