As a therapist I have 14 years of experience in helping adults and adolescents identify their own needs and collaborate to help them recognize how to improve upon those barriers. My primary interest is in helping individuals gain insight into their self worth in order to better manage life and mental health barriers. In therapy with me clients learn how to adjust negative thinking, improve self care, adjust self esteem and adjust your ability to believe in yourself.
