Life is hard. We have so much to stress and worry about in today’s world. We worry about getting the bills paid. We’re concerned for our’s and our loved one’s safety and health. We can often be so overwhelmed by many things. And it’s depressing. Some of us experience situations currently or in our past that no human being should ever have to experience. And we have trouble letting these situations go. Some experience this at a cultural level. We can feel pain in loss of loved ones, relationships, and situations that brought us joy. And in the end, we can be left feeling hopeless and powerless in living our lives. Even to a place for some to lose or question their own faith. It takes courage to be vulnerable and face the wounds and pain that we are or have experienced. So, taking the time today to read my biography is taking a step in courage. And I sincerely appreciate and respect you for doing so. My work in helping you work through these situations includes providing a listening and empathetic ear, helping you develop skills to manage the symptoms you experience, and sometimes, having just a good conversation and throwing in some humor when appropriate. Many would describe me as grounded and relatable. And I tend to think that building rapport with you is my greatest strength. Walking with you on this journey has as much to do with my own personal experience as it does education that I have received. I want to thank you for reaching out and reading my biography. I appreciate your courage in doing so. If you feel that I can be a good fit for you, then I would ask if you can be available for a roughly 10 minute phone conversation where I can introduce myself to you and set a time for us to schedule an appointment. Whatever or whomever you choose, I hope that this is the beginnings of a transformation in your life. Where you can start to feel joy, peace, and hope again. And come to a place of being truly empowered. Take care
