Hello, I'm Christina. I am a therapist who enjoys helping clients figure out who they are, what they want, where they're going, and how they're getting there. I specialize in helping clients find their authentic selves, use their assertive voices, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and feel increasingly confident in their own abilities to interact with diverse personalities in complex environments. I will work with you to understand and reduce or even remove the barriers that get in the way of healing and moving forward in life and practice giving yourself grace when you stumble. I am a virtual therapist with SonderMind specializing in trauma recovery, preventing future suicidal crises, managing life stress, and moving forward. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-SP for Suicide Prevention), and Problem-Solving Therapy for Suicide Prevention. Do you not recommend adulting?
