Hello. My name is Carly and I have been practicing social work for over 15 years. My experience has been in both residential and outpatient treatment settings working with people with substance use and mental health disorders. I have a passion for helping people and believe in solution-focused therapy. I am an eclectic therapist who uses different evidence-based modalities to assist you with meeting your goals. When I say your goals, I mean YOUR goals. I am here to assist you, but you lead the way with telling me what you would like to work on and where you would see the biggest differences taking place in your life. I believe in finding the right fit, so I strive to make sure you are comfortable with the process and hope I can be the match for you. My experience is primarily with adolescents and young adults, but over the last year, I have worked with adults 18-60. Additionally, I have been specifically trained in family therapy.
