The quote “knowing is half the battle” plays a big part in trying to solve what is happening in your life. Life is too short to be constantly on edge all day long…it is exhausting if you ask me. Time and time again I see people living with the everyday doom and gloom feeling and not doing anything about it. I have worked with many individuals, couples, and families who have taken the first step to resolving that overwhelming feeling they experience for weeks, months, and even years.
