Brian Espe
Hi! I'm Brian and I'm a therapist based in Western North Carolina. I've dedicated the last decade of my life serving people in need of support to overcome a variety of issues. I care about the people I work with dearly, and this drives me to provide them with the best mental health services possible every time they show up (and sometimes when they don't). I have extensive training and experience using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, but I prioritize the therapeutic relationship above all else. I specialize in adolescent issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and men's issues. I'm a fully licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina, Vermont, and Colorado, and have a sliding scale for services because I believe everyone should have access to therapy regardless of their financial situation.
