I look at mental health in a wholistic sense. I mix mindfulness and decades of experience in fitness to help you find what works for you. I empower you to live your best balanced life and find the fulfillment you need to step into the alignment of your purpose. Developing a strong relationship with self; defining your boundaries, recognizing your value systems and how they pertain to your way of being in this messy world are the staples to grounding yourself mentally.
