I encourage my clients to communicate with me via email between sessions, which also helps deepen the experience. I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Florida and Virginia. I have over 25 years of experience in counseling/psychotherapy; particularly experienced in trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, adoption, parenting and infertility.
