I completed a PhD in Counseling at Georgia State University in Atlanta and specialize in helping adults and adolescents lead more fulfilling and productive lives. I employ a variety of therapies and combine engaged and understanding listening along with education and skills development to assist people in taking successful steps toward meeting their goals. I believe all areas of our lives are connected, and mental health is an area which impacts all aspects of life.
