EXPERIENCED. AFFORDABLE. NIGHTS. WEEKENDS. With 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. I have had the privilege of working with a range of clients: WWII Veterans, paralyzed Veterans, caregivers, individuals facing end-of-life challenges, and those navigating the complexities of depression, anxiety, childhood and adult cancers. My therapeutic approach is centered around meeting each client where they are in their unique circumstances and tailoring treatment to their specific needs. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and the profound impact it can have on our overall well-being. I am a firm believer in the healing powers of meditation, exercise, diet, and sleep.
