Amanda Fife
Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor serving both North Carolina and Arizona. With a Master’s degree in my back pocket and currently working toward my Doctorate of Education in Traumatology from Liberty University (yes, I’m a glutton for punishment), I’ve spent the last six years helping children, teens, and adults recover from trauma and build healthier ways to manage their emotions and the wild ride that is life. When I’m not in the therapy chair, I’m usually in full-on mom mode, keeping up with my three kiddos, wrangling our mischievous pet bunny, and figuring out how to raise chickens (spoiler alert: chickens are way more confusing than you’d think!). I like to bring that same sense of humor and warmth to my sessions because, hey, healing is hard work—but it doesn’t always have to feel that way. Together, we can navigate the tough stuff with a little bit of laughter and a whole lot of compassion.
