As a clinician, I specialize in working with teens, young adults and women as they navigate chapters throughout life. My goal is to facilitate a safe and nonjudgemental space for clients to verbalize thoughts and feelings. I provide a holistic approach that assesses overall physical health and its impact on mental health; looking at sleep patterns, nutrition, and social relationships. Utilizing a variety of different clinical modalities, I work alongside my clients to aid them in identifying strengths and maladaptive patterns that may interfere with happiness. Applying a strength-based approach, I guide clients in self-care practices and the development of a coping skills 'tool kit' that both empowers and equips client's with the skills necessary to build a happier and more confident life.
