Clinician Well-being: Exploring Moral Distress and Well-being
Workforce burnout in the healthcare industry has an impact on the quality of care for patients. This course reviews the history and research on burnout, moral injury, and moral distress. Additionally, the course identified the four pillars of well-being as a contrast to moral injury and distress. This course is the first of an 8-part series.
