With two years of candidacy experience at a community mental health agency, he has honed his skills in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Zachary's approach is rooted in secular, evidence-based practices, emphasizing the treatment of individuals rather than labels.
