I work extensively with people to assist them with improving relationships, work to improve management of anxiety, anger management while improving self-confidence, and self-esteem. I also work with depressive-based symptoms and teach coping and improved thought processes to create a lifelong change to your ability to meet your needs. Together, we will identify what's not working and get you back to a baseline that works for you. I work holistically, my therapy provides tools to support needs within yourself, your relationships, and your family dynamic.
