"Sheri Vehar is a Professional Counselor with over 28 years of experience in mental health services, specializing in the treatment of older adolescents and their families. She holds an MS Ed. in Community Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron, obtained in 1995. Throughout her career, Sheri has worked in various in-home and outpatient settings, taking on roles as a therapist, supervisor, and program manager. She was notably involved in providing Multi-Systemic Therapy to youth in the greater Cleveland area for over 13 years. In her recent practice, Sheri has focused on virtual treatment, utilizing Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), along with general therapy.
