Rita I. Polivick, LCSW is a seasoned licensed therapist. She has practiced in hospital, residential and outpatient settings. She utilizes eclectic therapeutic modalities. Drawing from her advanced education and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Gestalt and Psychoanalytic Theory, Play Therapy, and Integrated Therapy. Polivick is active in the advancing her education in the Neuropsychological Relationship of brain functioning and behavioral patterns. Polivick sees clients in Individual, Couples and Family Therapy across the life span and she welcomes and supports all sexual orientations. She is highly experienced working with Anxiety Related Disorders, Depression, Trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Couple Conflict, Family Dysfunction, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Polivick is currently in Private Practice, an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College, and Clinical Supervisor for Master Level Practitioners.
