Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), Parrin is committed to helping clients achieve their goals. Parrin has a diverse professional background, having spent eight years in community mental health before transitioning to counseling within correctional settings.
