Hi. I'm Pam and I am a mental health counselor. I enjoy working with people from a holistic approach specifically focused on the mind, body, and spirit connection to effect and attain harmony in one's life. I utilize a combination of techniques such as guided meditations including imagery and visualization, breathwork, and other relaxation techniques coupled with other Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques (CBT) that are effective in managing a multitude of issues. I have found it is especially effective for people coping with depression, stress, and anxiety, difficulties manifesting a positive self-image, and attaining a balanced life. I have been told I "provide action-oriented and goal-directed services that effect change." and that I have "a way of presenting information that is gentle and compassionate." I believe we all need gentle compassion at some time in our lives. I enjoy working with people who are vested in self-exploration to see how they can respond differently to challenges in their lives to effect positive outcomes.
