I sincerely welcome you to a safe space. My name is Nidia Aguilar, a bilingual Spanish Speaking - Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience. I have had the honor to work with children, teens, adults and families. My clinical experience ranges from School mental health, Outpatient Mental Health, Crisis response and Hospital Social Work. In my journey in becoming a well-rounded clinician the goal in mind is to tailor my approach to your needs. In a session we can explore your psychological, emotional and relational framework which sets a foundation to your somatic response. My clinical approach is eclectic and holistic drawing from psychodynamic, mindfulness, trauma informed therapy and utilize strength base approach. The relationship that forms between the client and therapist is one of the biggest factors in your healing journey and is instrumental in finding balance.
