I am here to help you create and design a safe space to express and share your emotions and feelings. To figure out ways to navigate through the ebb and flow of life. We will use a holistic approach, addressing your body, mind and spirit. I am able to integrate mindfulness and art to assist you in having a stronger relationship with yourself. This is your journey and we move at your pace. I am here to help guide you through those overwhelming feelings, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, so that you know you are not alone.
