My background at Pepperdine University prepared me for the diverse populations I would encounter as a therapist and gave me the confidence to assist in almost any area of concern. I've worked with children/adolescents in school settings, in-patient mental health rehabilitation facilities as well as outpatient mental health facilities. I specialize in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, relationships and high-performance. I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist. I also have a background in behavioral therapy as a registered behavioral technician. Life is complicated. It takes courage to reach out for help and support.
