Hi, my name is Kafi, but many of my clients call me Dr. O. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Counselor Supervisor in the Atlanta area and I look forward to working with you. I provide a fostering, genuine, and empathetic counseling atmosphere, where you can openly express yourself comfortably and free of judgment. Counseling services are personalized to meet your desired goals. The demands of life can become overwhelming and even hard to manage alone. Stress related to life transitions, struggling to maintain healthy relationships, or even experienced trauma can lead to increased anxiety, depression, or difficulty coping with life’s demand. While working together we will have an opportunity to explore the thoughts, feelings, experiences, fears, uncertainties, and anything else you need in your life to help cultivate a resolution, clarity, peace, and happiness. My therapeutic approach is unstructured, using real-life application along with an integrative approach encompassing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.
