Struggling to find your place in the world? My name is Elizabeth and you can call me Liz. I am the owner and therapist at Mindful Spectrum Therapy. I work with Women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies who are living with depression, anxiety, trauma histories or navigating changes in their lives. I also am neurodivergent affirming, and work with individuals who are Autistic and/or ADHDers. Together in therapy we can look at patterns of coping, discuss past events that have been impactful to you, and explore how you can best lead a life aligned with your values. Whether you are navigating a transition in life, battling ongoing depression or anxious thoughts, struggling to fit in or trying to find your true self, I am here for you.
