When life is overwhelming, it's easy to feel alone and isolated. You're being pulled in a hundred different directions and feel uncertain what to fous on first. I believe every person has the strength and resources to live a joyful life. Together, we can determine healthy strategies for you to better cope, grow and make positive changes. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Master's in Social Work and hold a Clinical Social Work License in Missouri and Kansas. Prior to private practice, I worked in a rape crisis center, CASA and a Children's Hospital. I have extensive experience in trauma, difficult family relationships and teaching how to better cope with anxiety and depression. My practice focuses on adult women using cognitive and solution focused therapies incorporating expressive arts therapy, mindfulness and meditation.
