For nine years, I have treated clients with depression, anxiety, relational issues, anger issues, addictions, PTSD, and other mental health diagnoses to make lasting positive changes. Having worked through many of life’s problems and experiences myself, I can empathize and relate to most issues and connect with almost anyone. Most issues we struggle with start with the relationship we have with ourselves. When we change ourselves, we solve our issues.
