As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience Chaliava is committed to helping individuals succeed in living a healthy life. She’s passionate about helping others achieve transformational changes that helps them recover, heal, and arm them with tools and resources that they need to promote/maintain mental, emotional, and spiritual health and wellness. Within the therapeutic relationship Chaliava offers support, counsel, psycho-education and strategies designed to promote healing and wholeness with empathy and support in a –non-judgmental way. Her approach is collaborative, warm, welcoming, inviting and supportive. Outside of her practice, Chaliava enjoys yoga, meditation, jogging, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and encourages her patients to embrace wellness in all aspects of their lives.
