Ashlee Holsey
I have more than a decade of experience counseling adolescents & families in the school setting. And the pandemic gave me the opportunity to tap into my passion for working with adults. As a result, my counseling services focus on helping people of color (BIPOC), ages 18 and up, address the following issues: anger, anxiety, complex trauma, depression, life transitions, nutrition, perfectionism, parenting, self-confidence and/or self-esteem, toxic/unhealthy relationships, and work-related stressors. I use a relational, cultural, and spiritual (if applicable) approach to help my clients address the disconnections to self and others that negatively impact the way they show up in the world. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral & Solution-Focused therapies to help those I serve to develop sustainable, healthy habits that will improve their self-concept, holistic health, & sense of liberation. If you are tired of showing up for everyone else except yourself; if you are ready to stop living according to everyone else’s expectations of you; and/or if you need support transforming into the best version of yourself holistically, then I believe we’d make a great team!
