What is it that you aren't getting from your environment that leads you to overwork, over think, isolate or continue habits you already know don't serve you? To communicate better in your relationships I will use what I’ve learned to help guide you in how to disagree without hurting, highlight what is already working, and uncover the struggles you face to get to the core reasons why we get stuck. I help women with ADHD, OCD, and other anxiety disorders. The label doesn't matter as much as you do.
I will teach you how to listen and understand each other to begin the hard work of healing broken hearts, betrayals, and past trauma. The most important component of good therapy is to feel a connected and collaborative relationship to your therapist. And that is what I have provided to my clients going into two decades of mental health work.
Lead the least secretive life you can. Shame and guilt will magnify your stress enormously. Suffering in silence is terrible. These types of problems don't get smaller. They usually get bigger left untreated. I encourage you whatever your struggles are don't keep them to yourself. Share your story with someone you can trust.
