Who is it for?

Hospitality Workers Need More Mental Health Support

Four out of five hospitality workers report increased stress from their work, with one out of five listing it as a cause for major mental health concerns, according to an RSPH study. Meanwhile, only one in ten (10%) has received training to support their health and well-being, or access to mentoring or mental health champions.

Psych Hub addresses that problem by providing educational courses, content, and tools to help everyone in the hospitality environment feel more comfortable talking about mental health, seeking care, and supporting others in critical moments.

A Certificate Designed for Hospitality Managers

Hospitality managers often see the first signs of mental health crisis, whether it’s increased absenteeism, reduced performance on the job, or simply a shift in personality. Psych Hub offers courses to train leaders how to help prevent, identify, and support workers in their times of need.

Those who take all the courses and past post-tests receive a Mental Health Ally for Hospitality Certificate, demonstrating their commitment to an open, supportive workplace where mental health can be discussed and addressed together.
