This course is tailored for healthcare clinicians seeking to fortify their well-being within the healthcare landscape, drawing inspiration from the US Surgeon General Workplace Mental Health Guidance Report (2022). Grounded in research, it delves into the interplay of mental health, workplace dynamics, and patient care. Participants will explore practical strategies aligned with the Surgeon General's recommendations, aiming to create healthcare systems and cutlure that emphasizes self-compassion, connection, autonomy, fairness, and collective well-being. This course is the fifth of an 8-part series.
