The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We only list providers where we have a contractual relationship with a network, group, or practice that a provider is a part of, or where we have a direct contractual relationship with the provider. That contract governs the terms of participation on the Psych Hub site, and in some cases, as mentioned below, the provider’s, group’s, or network’s use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, Psych Hub receives fees from provider groups, networks, or individual providers to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support.
