Hello and thank you for stopping by! I'd like to share a bit about me should you consider selecting me as your therapist. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I am competent in Hispanic cultural needs, and especially enjoy working with the Asian and the Latino community. I provide weekly online talk therapy to Catholic based mental health adults in their 30s and 40s, especially those with challenges associated with self-esteem issues, wanting to change patterns in behavior, single adults, anxiety/stress, life transitions and disappointments. I have been in the field of mental health for over 10 years and enjoy working with motivated, growth-oriented clients who want to improve their engagement in life. I am also a practicing Catholic, and use the Catholic faith into the therapeutic and treatment process, so those choosing me as your therapist, will be encouraged to use the Catholic faith. Therapy is short-term through the use of an eclectic approach that enables me to fit each client’s unique needs. In addition to integrating the Catholic faith into sessions, i also utilize evidence based practice and counseling techniques that include stress management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), coping skills training, mindfulness training, and expressive arts techniques. When I am not working, I spend time with my dog, either on another adventure across the world, or enjoying the outdoors locally!
