I am a Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) across the lifespan with over 10 years of experience working in the Behavioral Health field, both in inpatient and outpatient settings, serving individuals suffering from Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia/Schizoaffective Disorder and Addictions. I provide medication management and solution-focused, goal-oriented therapeutic interventions for ages 13 years old to older adults. My philosophy focuses on a multi-faceted practical approach of individualized client-centered care, to achieve overall wellness treatment goals.

Throughout my experience working in the Mental Health sector, I have come to realize that each patient is on a unique journey in life, and I am here to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself. Research shows the combination of medication and therapy may be more effective than either one alone.
