Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who graduated in 2009 from a small college in Pennsylvania. Currently, I live in North Carolina and I am licensed here and in Tennessee. Originally, I am from Connecticut, but I have lived all over this country and have lived overseas as well when I was in the Peace Corps. I have been working mainly with adults who are living with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My focus is to help people live their best life. I do this through the therapy process, but I also try to include humor in our sessions.
