I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University and have spent my career supporting people through difficult periods while helping them build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
