Hello! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in health care. I've worked with individuals with a wide range of mental health issues, including substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. I also work closely with local LGBTQ+ organizations to provide primary and mental health care. I'm double certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My goal is to help my patients achieve relief from their condition and achieve long term stability.

While I specialize in medication management for patients with mental health conditions, it's important to help my patients learn to cope with their symptoms. To that end, I provide my patients with extensive education and support on their symptoms and diagnosis. I also am sure to explain the purpose of each medication including any possible side effects. I encourage my patients to ask questions, and remind them that I am a partner in their mental health journey.
