I have over 20 years of professional experience working with individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children in inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition to, I have gained experience in dual disorders, from multiple evidence-based trainings, trauma focused therapies, and certifications in the mental health, substance abuse, and criminal justice system.

My passion has always been to help individuals become the best version of themselves regardless of where they have been or their experiences. I treat from the whole health perspective and provide a safe environment for individuals to show up how they need to no matter what it looks like.
