Hi! Welcome to therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD and I earned my Masters from Shorter University in Rome, Ga. and my Doctorate online from Argosy University. My career began in 1986 and I have held many roles and worked in many settings i.e., inpatient psych programs, outpatient psych programs, ER settings, colleges, Community Service Boards, State psychiatric facilities and more. I am working on a book entitled "Parenting Styles of African American Fathers". Two of my long term goals are: to become a John Maxwell Certified Speaker and to teach undergrad psychology classes. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
