Stefanie utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy, Family System Trauma Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy. Together we will develop a treatment plan to best fit your individual needs and identify solutions that you will be able to implement on your own, making you the expert during your mental health journey.
